To begin with a not so welcoming entrance was a bad start verses when we came a time before when corporate was visiting. I placed an order for a breakfast sandwich, and it took the staff 20+ minutes to get my order. With times like this when loyal customers come in and the wait times are delayed, it will be pleasant to be offered a free item of our choice for being patient. Sterling was extra helpful in in creating a special teacher appreciation gift for our school! Very generous and willing to support our educators!
I come here almost every morning, and majority of the time it is a fabulous experience, but the employee who helped me today, lily, had a nasty attitude and demeanor, it was honestly kind of disgusting how rude she was.
