Ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. There was zero syrup in my drink so I basically got a latte. Called SBs customer service for a refund. Taste before you leave! I was in a hurry on my lunch break and didn't taste the drink until I pulled out of the parking lot.
Friendly barista. They got my coffee right. Can’t say the same with a lot of other locations. Thanks
Second time coming to this coffee shop, and the coffee has no taste whatsoever resembling coffee. I even ask for an extra espresso shot!
