I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino at Starbucks, and the experience was disappointing. The wait time was ridiculously long, even though there weren’t that many customers. When I finally got my drink, it had no whipped cream—something they didn’t bother to mention when I ordered. If I’m paying for the full drink, I expect to get what I ordered or at least be informed about any changes. Not a great experience and never come back!!
(reading other reviews sounds like he's the manager and not new which is very telling when he seemed so incompetent and down right mean to the girls there 😅 think i'll be avoiding this one ) new dudes vibe on speaker/at window ruined my whole day tbh :/ i don't think service workers owe anyone anything emotionally but when you're so negative and being uncooperative with your own coworkers that stuff effects your customer. i'd never write a review like this but the whole point of starbucks is to not start your day on a negat... read more
