I am surprised this Starbucks isn't on the list of closures. I agree with some of the other reviews on here, Alyssa seems to always be in a bad mood with a bad demeanor. I wonder why with all of the people out of work that Starbucks can't find a person who is appreciative of the fact that they have a job.
I had a horrible experience at this Starbucks. Staff was nice but didn’t make the drink or food well. I get Starbucks often and almost always get the Vanilla Sweet cream cols brew with one pump of vanilla removed to make it less sweet. My drink was made way too sweet and there didn’t seem to be cold foam on it. I order oatmeal to be made with almond milk instead of water and was handed a cup with so much liquid it was like soup.
