The cleanliness of a bathroom speaks volumes for employee health practices. I went in for a pick up order early in the morning. I decided to use the restroom while I waited on my order. A male had used prior to me as the seat was left up. No biggie . BUT THE UNDERSIDE OF THAT SEAT WAS DISGUSTING. Feces , urine, blood splatter. Same as already mentioned by other people we waited for minutes at the register without any sign of acknowledgment as if we were not there. In the meantime only the drive through and mobile orders were being processed. Then, we waited 20 minutes for two coffees after the order was in. No smile, no hello, no nothing, felt unwelcome, almost hostile not friendly atmosphere. Then when the order did come in it was not what I ordered.
