Same as already mentioned by other people we waited for minutes at the register without any sign of acknowledgment as if we were not there. In the meantime only the drive through and mobile orders were being processed. Then, we waited 20 minutes for two coffees after the order was in. No smile, no hello, no nothing, felt unwelcome, almost hostile not friendly atmosphere. Then when the order did come in it was not what I ordered.
The drive-thru worker was AMAZING. I think his name was Cyrus. He was super nice and showed personality which is amazing.
