Bathrooms are terrible
The bathroom in this joint is a hot mess! An it smells like stale beer. Why does a coffee shop smell like stale beer?
If you're driving to Vegas, this is your last Starbucks until state line. The staff here is consistently friendly and my drink is consistently good. :)
The store is dirty, the service poor.
I'm the one who posted this prior review. The situation has been taken care of and I once again am rating this Starbucks with 5 stars. I regret that I made the prior review, but I was still angry when I wrote it, because it seemed like nothing was being done about this situation. So now that everything is fixed, I highly recommend this Starbucks to everyone. Satisfaction guaranteed.
This Starbucks is normally steller in its service, but beware. Do not go there around the 3 p.m. hour, because there is a certain employee that is terrible to her customers and I think she should be fired. Yesterday she said she couldn't charge me for my coffee because it hadn't finished being brewed yet. Therefore she made me go to the end of the line and wait in line all over again until the coffee finished brewing before she could charge me for it. This Starbucks is located perfectly between the I-15 freeway and I-40 freeway. This Starbucks is always clean and the service is excellent. The various Starbucks products served here are great too. The coffee is always fresh and hot. The atmosphere is also very nice and the music is always good.
