Went to drive through and Cody was the server ..gave extremely cold coffee up on asking to change they are rude and give attitude and even next cup he bought was still col..no apology for dropping the previous cup..starbucks services has been getting poorer day by day.
The drive-thru employee should not work serving customers. He has the worst attitude I've ever experienced- terrible service and very rude!
This location is terrible. Don’t accidentally enter through the back because then you get stuck in the drive through and can’t get out. Yall need signs.
Not good service at all, definitely won’t be showing back up here at all. All the staff was rude, and disrespectful. Makes me not want to support Starbucks or even order a single thing from the company anymore.
