We ordered out drinks we waited over 20 minutes wile everyone els after us got their orders and when we asked all they said was sorry about that

Usually come here on my time not in the military. Stopped in with my sister and ordered an iced caffè americano, a specialty drink, and a grilled cheese. The drinks were fine, but the grilled cheese was tossed/thrown at us rather than handed over pretty unprofessional and not the service I’d expect. Disappointing visit. Thanks Bri
