This location has gone downhill a lot. Missing orders, a lot of gossiping among employees not enough focus on work. I am an MD, if I did this at my job I am sure I wouldn’t have one for much longer. Maybe it’s a generational thing; work ethics are going extinct in this country.
I’ve given this Starbucks location several chances, but unfortunately, my last three visits have all resulted in issues with my order. Each time I’ve ordered a Frappuccino and requested whipped cream, it’s been missing—despite being clearly noted on the order. I’ve also had repeated problems with receiving the wrong cup size for my iced coffee. I typically order a venti, but have been handed a grande or even a tall instead.
