As a delivery driver who picks up a large volume of orders every day from many different restaurants, I can say with confidence that Starbucks has some of the worst drink packaging I regularly deal with. This is not an issue with one location. This has been a consistent problem across multiple Starbucks locations in North Austin. Came inside during my break and tried to order a cup of water. Was told I had to make a purchase, out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to never have I had to make a purchase for a cup of water
