There was a lady in front of us at the drive thru & she asked the worker for directions because her phone died & she was from DFW & didn’t know the area. The worker told her she couldn’t help her, that’s when the lady came up to ask clearly in shambles & was just trying to get directions to the Apple Store. The workers just disregarded her. Aug 2026: On any day at any time Starbucks can be good or indifferent depending entirely on the staff (is everyone working in the coffee shop a barista?). On this occasion, 1000 on a Sunday morning, the gentleman taking my order was pleasant and polite and my caramel latte was delicious. I am no longer embarrassed when I push the no tip button on the payment screen.
