This review is not of the staff (which has always been great *****), but rather of Starbucks the company. I was walking my dog and wanted a coffee. If one is not in a vehicle, one is not recognized at the outside kiosk. So, I went up to the window and tried to order, explaining that I could not go inside because I had my dog with me. I was told that, as per policy, I cannot be served. Eventually, I was served as a one-off, with the caveat that my coffee had to be given to me at the front door.
