Very slow
I appreciate the service I received today at my local starbucks. Little did I know today is “ Red Cup Day” the line was outrageously long. I called and spoke to Jade let her know I placed my order online like 20 mins ago but the time for pick up was an hour. Informed her the time I had to get to work. She went the extra mile and made sure I was taken care of in a timely fashion. The entire staff made sure each customer was being seen by asking their name so they wouldn’t miss their orders to be picked up! Great job
I’m not normally one to complain, but I was very dissapointed today. I was so excited that the holiday drinks were released, but the excitement quickly changed when I went to make sure my drink was correct. Being that it’s first day of holiday season, I gave them grace when they gave me the wrong drink. However, they were saying how I ordered wrong.
