I been coming here at this location for the past couple years. Always been great to me but today was a different story. I placed my order like I always do on my mobile phone. I have pulled up to pick up my drink. The guy tells me at the drive-through the next time I should do it before I leave my house. He didn’t like that I used the app to place my order 3min to 4min before I got to the store. i’ve been coming to this starbucks location for nearly 2 years and it’s probably the best location i’ve ever been to. i usually order during early to late mornings, rarely during the afternoon and the staff are very polite and friendly. since i’ve been going for so long most morning staff remember my name and because i almost always order the same thing, they remember my order. they are very helpful and knowledgeable about their menu items if you ever have questions. when starbucks removed the liquid sugar cane from their me... read more
