Shocked me! I mean Starbucks is Starbucks but the food, which I usually don't purchase was way above what I expected from this very popular chain. The coffee house was spotless, the staff super friendly and helpful and my friend and I enjoyed our stopover here before before we travelled on to Ashland for the Shakespeare Festival. Two thumbs up!
So many flies. Dirty tables.
Took 30 minutes for two drinks. Half the staff standing around. Zero sense of urgency. *edit: took a sip and the shots were bad. As in burnt. I run a coffee shop, so I know what a bad shot is.
