Ordered a grande coffee Frappuccino but it taste like a mix of cinnamon and medicine and it looked very white not happy at all with my order I had to drive 15 minutes only to get this
This place is absolutely horrible, I have given them several chances and for some reason their customer service is blatantly rude and lack the ability to fix a decent drink the way it’s requested.. UPDATE - I have spoken and interacted with the manager Kennedy! She is amazingly nice and proves to be more deserving of higher position. She also made my drink perfectly’
Just left the drive-thru and felt compelled to write a review. Devin‘s positive attitude was infectious. Thank you for making a quick drive-thru stop so cheerful and welcoming!
They rushed my order. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with caramel and sea salt cold foam. I didn’t get any cold foam, and no caramel. I came back and the lady said “Oh I forgot!” and acted confused. When I got my drink back, the cold foam was regular and not the sea salt. Never coming here again. It wasn’t even busy at the store. It was 5PM and no one was there. I don’t understand the why they rushed my order. It wasn’t worth going back a 2nd time for my wrong order.
