Morning staff is amazing but the PM staff is just ridiculous. The drinks are made incorrectly constantly and today all of the pastries I ordered were put in the same bag… now a complete mess and very unappetizing. I have been going to this location for years and the last few months have just been so bad. Again Morning staff rock it…. Pm staff show lack of customer service or care at all. Sad.
Why is this location sold out of half of their drinks almost every single day.....most days they are out of some of the most popular items before they even open but every single other location nearby is fully stocked. Decided to go back today against my better judgment and once again got a drink that I had to go back and get a replacement for because it was SO bitter.....ordered the shaken espresso brown sugar oatmilk drink and they handed it to me completely unshaken just a full layer of dark black espresso at the bottom wi... read more
The store is not the same since MJ left, it's not as clean.

This Starbucks has been in decline for some time. The drive through is very poorly managed. Long waits and inconsistent drink quality. It seems they turn over staff very quickly - yet another indication that this location is poorly led. MJ - time to go.
