I have been coming to this Starbucks for about a month now. I am relatively new in the area and I love coffee! The food and my drink was great, however, one of the employees seemed to have an attitude while taking my order. I assumed she was having a bad day and I let it off the hook with no complaints, but I wished she would have made my experience there a little better with a smile on her face. At 13:30, found an unresponsive drive-through system, waited for 6 minutes. While at the menu panel, “Hello… Hello…” in the pouring rain and without a drive-through weather cover for the ordering area.
They won't allow a request of keeping food in package. Very disappointed!!!
