Terrible service for a delivery. They will let your food sit on the cold counter for 10 minutes before even thinking about making your drink. This has happened COUNTLESS times. There is no excuse. No it was not busy. These employees refuse to help eachother and the customer and delivery drivers suffer. DISGUSTING.
Ordered the Carmel crunch frap. Took the first sip and it tasted like frozen water, not the first hint of caramel or coffee. Went back thru the drive thru to have a remake and was handed a cup wrapped in paper towels. I unwrapped the cup and was covered in caramel as well as in the interior of my car.
