Great drinks, excellent customer service and cool atmosphere!
Every time I go in here thus far, the service is fabulous everyone is so nice and you can tell they enjoy working here. My custom orders are created and delivered with flavor and love as baristas are creators of calm and comfort for many of us!
It's 6:30 at night and they don't close until 8 pm YET they are SPRAYING cleaning fluid all over the floor and moping. I'm practically gagging from the disinfectant spray. She's spraying it every few inches. I have never seen someone spray fluid like that when they are cleaning a floor. Don't you use a mop and bucket? WTH???!! Glad I finished my food/drink before the spraying started. Are we not exposed to enough toxins in the air without adding to our exposure at a FOOD/DRINK establishment?? Why not wait until 7:45???
Waited far too long for a coffee. Iced drinks were flying out, but hot drinks were stuck. People who ordered after me for iced drinks got theirs almost instantly. Staff weren't particularly helpful either. I think this place forgot that it is supposed to make coffee too.
