For me the place was completely noisey. When I came in, I asked one of the staff to help with the wifi on my laptop. The staff did not help me at all. And the lady was extremely rude. Being an African American woman, I felt low and embarrassed. My friend and I immediately walked out.
The people who work here are so amazing! Truly appreciate great customer service.
I picked up my drink this morning shortly after 7. When I got to work and took a big sip, something red passed through my straw and into my mouth. It looks like someone’s clothing or material is falling into the drinks. I tried calling twice with no answer and wanted to let you know. I'm disappointing. I'm coming to a Starbucks today at 510 and then 537. I'll finish my shake and the guy telling I want my money back. And she don't listen to me when she prepared my matcha. I tell him I lost my appointment close to over here, and then she never put me attention. She continued to do the other shake. I'm disappoint. Too long for make one matcha almost seventeen minutes.I'm very very disappointing
