Im all about the cappuccinos... thats all I get and they are always very good!
Worst service by the older lady in morning, takes 6 minutes to make one drink when only one in line, she might need to retire or get a new job. Not friendly
They are incapable of making any drinks correctly have to waste time going back and fourth for remakes. Ive stopped customizing drinks cause if you add extra sweetener in a vanilla cold cream brew you will just get extra cream. Yesterday mine came with NO ICE today it came with an abundance of cream and this was with no customization. Consistency would be great and i wouldnt care if this was cheap but Starbucks is expensive. Ive resorted to buying the jug and tweaking it every day when i get home.
