I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but unfortunately, there’s one employee at the Chanhassen location who has made the experience consistently unpleasant. She’s an older woman with long brown hair who typically works the drive-thru, and every interaction I’ve had with her has come with attitude. No greeting, no friendliness, just a cold or rude tone. Super friendly and outgoing staff that were able to answer questions about what to get and give good recommendations!
All three of us got different drinks — all three of us left feeling like we had a terrible stomach bug almost instantly. I’m not sure what was going on this morning, but I feel we were NOT the only three who fell victim to the toilet due to their Starbucks drink. 03/21/2025 7am to 10am This was an absolute travesty of a good coffee. I basically spent $8 + tip to sit on the toilet all day — Hope the investigators get to the bottom of what happened today
Whoever made my drink on 03/13 around 9:40 did a great job! It tasted great and had a good amount of ice. The only thing I dislike about this location is the parking lot is confusing - it turns into a one-way but there's no room to turn around if you go too far. But the Starbucks itself usually does a good job with their drinks compared to other locations.
