Ordered tea. The guy handed to me by the base insulated ring so I had to grab the cup from the top. It slid down, top popped off, I got burned. No big deal there. It happens. However, at no point after I parked, came in the store for a towel or napkins and burn jell for my hand and lap, the guy at the drive thru just handed me a single napkin while someone else wandered off to go hunting for burn gel. The kicker: not one apology, AND nobody offered to remake the $4 cup of horrific tea. I usually buy $200 or so in gift cards ... read more
Great people. Great service. Note, this location is often closed due to Starbucks Corporate attempting to union bust. The employees would like to unionize. Starbucks is doing everything they can to intimidate the employees to not unionize.
