I have been going there in the morning several times a week with friends for YEARS. We sit over coffee and talk and laugh. The staff has always been great until this week. A new manager reprimanded us for disturbing her “working” customers. We thought it was a coffee shop not an office space. We will just go across the street to Panera. Coffee is cheaper and it’s more customer friendly.
I LOVED coming here to work on Tuesdays. I had a nice table over by the windows and knew that I could come in and get a whole bunch done. Last Tuesday I left for my lunch break and when I got back, one of the workers was rearranging the tables so that there are pairs of round tables with low back stools by the windows because "people love the big tables together." Absolutely amazing staff!! I came in the store tonight and they already knew my order and were making it. Caught me off guard but thank you for your amazing service!!!
