This is my closest Starbucks so I go here a lot, but I'm pretty close to banning it and driving further. Increasingly, they don't fill the drinks to the top of the cup, and they put my drink in a one-time-use plastic cup, rather than using my personal cup (which I state in my order). Yesterday I ordered in the drive-through and made the woman confirm that I have a personal cup, but when I arrived in the window, my drink was in a plastic cup. Went through the drive thru because I was NOT getting out of my car after a literal long shift from work lol. Got a Cold Brew with vanilla sweet cream and the line moved way faster than I expected. Drink was made perfectly and the person at the window was genuinely so nice to me when I made my order as well. Easy 5 star!
My Cold Brew that I get every morning at a different location is always perfect. This morning I had to take an alternate route and ended up here. The guy making it this morning didn’t really pay attention to the order and got my it wrong. It was remade but I just find it fascinating how wrong he made it the first time.
