Even if you have a pickup order, you will have to wait in the long drive thru line, which I feel like defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. You don't even know if the cafe is closed until you walk up to the door, and they do this frequently. I understand staffing can be difficult, but I am surprised they haven't figured something out by now...
