Expensive drinks that take 25 minutes to be made despite not being busy. Employees take their sweet time and don't seem to have skills in timeliness. One female employee kept checking out the guy I was with, and went out of her way to interact with us/him. Then she wrote "YUM" on his cup, but only put a : ) smiley face on mine. We left laughing, it was absurd and kind of weird.
Crew was so nice helping me get 8 drinks all organized and ready for a wedding party. Very thoughtful and kind!
This location randomly closes and will also close the cafe. Even if you have a pickup order, you will have to wait in the long drive thru line, which I feel like defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. You don't even know if the cafe is closed until you walk up to the door, and they do this frequently. I understand staffing can be difficult, but I am surprised they haven't figured something out by now...
