The manager decided to have not one, but two meetings while our drinks day in the back till they got done.
Only two employees during lunch rush. AMAZING work from both!! They were knocking out orders and right, on top of special requests and still maintaining excellent customer service. Great job ladies!!
I've been coming to this location for a week now. I don't say anything to anyone just sitting there in the comfy chairs up front by the door drinking my frappocino coffee ☕ and sometimes a breakfast sandwich. About 15 minutes O had a tal with a young manager that was probably 19 who waved me off at the register while I was talking to an employee ordering two sandwiches and another drink when he said " there's customers backing up you need to move!!"
