I asked for a water and was rudely told I need to buy something by the barista. I later googled and found out it’s part of corporate policy but other stores usually give me water
They can’t seem to handle more than 3 costumers period. No mater what time you go even if short line you will spend 25min waiting in a coffee.
I walk into an almost empty starbucks after placing an order 10 minutes ago or more my food which usually takes longest is sitting there hot and ready and it took an additional 15 minutes for drinks with the light skin girl with the curly blonde hair moving at a snails pace & laughing about it. With a disgusting little attitude like my ordering was some how inconveniencing. Hospitality really isnt the job for her… I ate my food before my drinks were ever even started.
