Service was good they made my drink as requested
Very disappointed with my experience at Starbucks today. I ordered a drink with lavender cold foam and, as has been done for me at many other Starbucks locations, asked for the cold foam on the side. The staff was rude and immediately refused, saying that other stores may do it but this location does not. What bothered me most wasn’t the policy itself—it was the attitude and lack of customer service. A simple, polite explanation would have been appreciated.
