I’m a coffee lover and a regular Starbucks customer, but unfortunately, my experience at this location was very disappointing. I’ve been to many Starbucks locations, and this one really stood out in a negative way. The overall experience was far below what I normally expect from Starbucks.
The guy who was making my latte beverage, he kept me waiting for 10 minutes, then he got my order wrong by putting in whipped cream and cinnamon sugar on a 2% sugar free latte. The baristas hands were dripping with water and his hands were dripping over everyone’s drinks. I was very appalled with the hygiene, as he was passing my latte with his wet hands which significantly put me off of my latte and this entire location. 0/10 never coming there again.
Workers need to greet customers .
This is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The service is always subpar, the staff is rude & the wait times are ridiculous even if the store is empty. I would rather drive to any other Starbucks in the area than this one.
I never write reviews, if I do it’s that bad! Slowest Starbucks, constantly super long lines. Super slow service. Got my drinks wrong twice in one order after waiting 15 min in the drive through line
