This is the second time that I’ve driven by around 9 and the two girls working 3/9/26 tonight were just hiding/ignoring me. I drove up to the window and a chubby girl with glasses said that they close at 9 PM only after waiting for 10 mins outside. Online it says you guys close at 9:30/10. It’s always the same two girls who close early. other days I’ll drive by around 9:15 and I always get help. Inconsistent service.
The man with long brown hair dispensing drinks at the drive through on 3/7 at 4 PM insisted we leave a tip, was rude, and the drink order wasn’t correct. We won’t be back but sorry for others who have to deal with him.
I Love Starbucks! But this is my favorite store. No other Starbucks does it better than they do. Excellent customer service! The staff here address me by name, know my order, they've perfected my order, it's always correct, and tastes delicious. Plus, they always make me feel special like I'm part of the family. Beautiful start to my every morning! I Love them All!! A+

Love this new location the morning crew is AMAZING! They are welcoming super friendly and courtesy. But beware the mid and closing has alot to be desired. They are rude seem like you are bothering them and Jo Jo is RUDE he needs to learn how to be more welcoming and courtesy. The mid and closing should spend time with the opening crew to learn a little courtesy and greeting can go a long way with your customers. Will never come anytime but morning going forward to this location.
