The staff here are always super welcoming and friendly. I don't even really like Starbucks that much but I stopped by today and grabbed some tea, a cup and a cake pop just because I was in the low desert. There were new faces but everyone was just as welcoming and friendly.
This place always has the friendliest staff. I'm not a huge Starbucks fan but I will always stop here if I have time.
I stopped by the drive-thru today around 4:40 PM and just wanted to say thank you for the amazing drink. I originally ordered a Tall, and for a moment I thought I made a mistake but to my surprise, I was handed a Venti! I’ve visited this location several times, and each time, the staff greets you with a smile and truly makes an effort to brighten your day. Thank you for your kindness and for always making my orders feel a little extra special. You even brought a smile to my mom’s face today :)
Very disappointed with my recent experience on July 13. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup, but was told to park and come inside because I had just placed the order. The store wasn't even as busy as other locations, and my order was already ready right when I got inside so parking was pointless, I could’ve just waited an extra minute at the window. It would have taken the same amount of time as if I'd just ordered at the drive-thru speaker regardless. This defeats the purpose of mobile ordering and the drive-thru.... read more
