Morning manger seems upset I hope her day gets better
This was my first time purchasing the Eggs & Cheddar Protein Box, and overall I liked it. Unfortunately, I found a small piece of eggshell in the eggs, which was unexpected and took away from the experience. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I’m hoping this was just an isolated incident. I wanted to share my experience so the quality control team can be aware and help prevent it from happening in the future. I would be happy to give the product another try.
I went today to try to buy the new collection of the Strawberry’s. I stayed cooling down for a bit since this was my fourth Starbucks store looking for the cups. I had my 5 years old daughter with me, and it was 114 F degrees outside. I tipped at front to the barista with $2 bucks (cash) and I asked for a cup of water and he denied me the water stating that I have to purchase a bottle water or something else to get the complimentary cup. I order mobile from various locations but this location seems to take way too long for pick up. I might as well order when I get there. Although the staff are great.
