I ordered then waiting for a 20 too 30 minutes for two drinks and it's a cafe where it's in and out no waiting time it's not a restaurant.
Today I went to Starbucks and I ordered a ruby crunch I wanted a Venti and I got a grande and I asked for a little replace and they just throw the drink in the large cup and then they cover with white stuff and then the lady was selfish to us. Guess how rude of that I hate the store.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks, Sunday 06/01/2025 @ approximately 1800 hours the 2 young staff members definitely needs to be retrained on Starbucks core values, these two associates apparently have issue with people of color!
