This Starbucks and many others have removed all of their phone chargers. Bad move. Done with Starbucks
It’s no surprise that this store struggles with poor and common sense customer service. Various employees here honestly, in my opinion, continue to hurt the Starbucks brand. Now I know the store manager here is wonderful and woks very hard with staff however, some staff that doesn’t get basic 101’s in decision making and/or policy and application, etc., should not continue to work here. I ordered then waiting for a 20 too 30 minutes for two drinks and it's a cafe where it's in and out no waiting time it's not a restaurant.
