I stood there for a good while and no one said hello or asked to help me. I had to say hello loud enough for them to here because the music is WAY TOO LOUD!! When I said hello and asked for help they got a bit irritated. Every time I've come here, there is never any greeting or service without calling out. I love Starbucks, but the lack of consistency with the Iced Shaken Espresso is incredibly frustrating. It often feels like every barista has their own version of the recipe instead of following the standard recipe card. One visit it's perfect, the next it's overly milky, too sweet, or just literal espresso shaken with ice, or barely shaken at all. I got the new refresher that is called Tropical Butterfly Refresher is so delicious I think I will start getting that and the strawberry Açai with lemonade and the mango dragon fruit with lemonade so the tropical butterfly will be added to my new list to order on Starbucks
Hi, I wanted to give feedback about my visit today. Our order was placed around 3:51 PM, and we did not receive the ham and swiss croissants until about 4:09 PM. The warmed croissants had been left on the side near the oven and were not handed to us right away. I also ended up asking staff what happened to my order during the wait. I understand mistakes can happen, but it was frustrating having to wait that long without an update or explanation.
