Absolutely the worst afternoon experience back to back. I went yesterday and ordered a black tea, strawberry base with no water and had to get reimbursed because the tea was stale with no base and went back today and they ruined my simple green tea, strawberry açaí base with two pumps of classic. The customer service at Starbucks has become horrible. Every single time I order food, I have to ask for napkins because they’re never included. If I order multiple food items, I also have to ask for a bag. Recently I ordered 3 food items and was told I needed to order 4 items to get a bag — which makes absolutely no sense.
