First. I have to say, I really don't purchase at Starbucks. However, my husband and I wanted to meet people there since it's a popular place to sit and talk as well as coffee and pastries. Shanta was an absolute gem. She was the only staff member that acknowledged we were standing at the counter. Even though they were super busy, it's always nice to get a courtesy notice and she did just that. She new the menu even advised us of certain incredient changes as we ordered our drinks. Was in town for a couple days staying at the hotel down the street stopped by here to get some fuel service was good restaurant was clean! Coffee was hot and strong!
There has been a recent improvement overall that is 100% noticeable. Super grateful <3
