We were driving through Wylie and my granddaughter wanted a pink drink so I ordered online. The girl at the drive through informed me that I should have ordered it earlier I ordered it 2 minutes before showing up it should’ve been 6 to 8 minutes. I told her that it was a last minute thing with my granddaughter and that I don’t feel that’s the best thing to say to your customer informed me that it was policy to their customers. They need to order so that they have more time
Not sure what is going on with Starbucks lately but I think I'm completely done coming here. One location will let me order what I want...while a different location will refuse or try to overcharge me. It's so irritating and makes no sense at all. Going to start spending my money at Dutch Bros from now on.
