Starting my day negatively, this morning they refused me to buy anything at the window, apparently here they are not interested in selling, terrible service.
I stopped by this Starbucks drive-thru at 9:15 AM today and asked for extra Sriracha since my family had three different breakfast items. The lady working the window was extremely rude, impatient, and had an attitude for no reason. I always try to be kind and patient because I know life can be stressful, but the way I was treated was uncalled for and very disappointing. I hope management addresses this so future customers aren’t met with the same experience.
