It's hit or miss here there are a couple really good employees that are friendly however lately I've encountered more unfriendly employees and confusion about their drinks I think a lot of the employees may need some update training on their policies and how their drinks are made as well as customer service needs a lot of improvement because there are more employees that don't really show customer service than there are good employees that do so good customer service and recent experiences at this location has me thinking of... read more
This location isn't terrible it's very decent and it's always clean I do think there is one area for improvement and that's I think the staff needs to improve their customer service a little bit not everyone is rude or anything but I noticed if I go inside what often happens is there two focused on the drive-thru and there has been times where I have waited 10-15 minutes while the staff walks Right By ignoring me and I do think that could improve a little bit as well as some are friendlier than others and I just wish the ent... read more
Horrible Americano so I asked if they had put all 4 shots in it. Malaya said they had. I told her it was bad and had a shot added. Malaya actually came up to Emily, after the fact, and told her (wrongly) that she should have charged me for a side shot of espresso which would have made my scrappy Americano a $10+ drink. So...not only does she not know how to make a drinkable Americano, she excessively charged me to get it somewhat palatable. There's no excuse for this!
Stop by this morning to get our drinks my wife got a Brown shaken expresso venti it was literally ice did not ask for extra ice
