I don't even need to say anything else, just take a look at the pictures, disgusting, specially when you pay EIGHT dollars for a drink, and this is what you get. Drink is (or was supposed to be) a *LIGHT ICE* Iced Matcha Latte, i'm very disappointed with this location. Obs: the store was empty, so there's no excuse for this.
ordered a venti iced double berry matcha NO ICE when i got the drink it had ice so i asked them if they can make it right, they parked me to fix it, no big deal. Then i tried my other drink, a strawberry açaí lemonade NO ICE , EXTRA LEMONADE and i taste no lemonade what so ever and it just taste like the base so i let the worker know when she came to bring my berry matcha and she said ok she’ll fix that one also. she comes back and hands me a baby cup of lemonade. not even gonna try to fix the drink they messed up??! extreme... read more
Jordhi, I hope i’m selling his name right lol, was so very nice! It is not often you walk into somewhere and someone greets you nicely now, even so early in the morning with such enthusiasm! He was a great help and kind, and my drink was always as good!
This Starbucks was the most supreme experience I’ve been delighted enough to witness in my entire adult life. This woman specifically saved my children from a burning house fire and still made me a drink.
