I came very late tonight , Tey was very nice and patient!
Really disappointed with my recent visit to this Starbucks location. After placing my order, I noticed the employee tasted my drink before serving it — and then discard it entirely and remake it. While I appreciate that quality standards matter, tasting a customer’s drink before serving it is unhygienic and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a Starbucks before and honestly wasn’t expecting it from this store. Hoping management addresses this, as it’s not the standard I associate with the brand.
The longest I ever had to wait at a Starbucks Drive Thru. We placed a mobile order and ended up waiting for 30 mins in the drive thru lane. When we arrived at the counter only one drink was ready and they didnt even know that the other drink was missing. Disappointing and never will be coming to this location!
I placed my online order at 10:50 am.The drive through line was long but didn’t think I’d be there too long so I decided to wait. I was there for exactly 35 minutes. By the time I got around to the front and got my drink it was melted and the cup was full of water due to the ice melting. No apologies or napkins were offered at the very least. This was my first time trying this location and I will say it will be my last.
The drive thru took a very long time today.
