They always get my drink right and make it taste so delicious! Great staff, always with a bright demeanor, greet you with a friendly smile. The interior space is a bit tighter than other locations and it's usually pretty busy. Despite this, I always find a comfortable spot to sit, and love the free WiFi.
I ordered an Iced Mango Cream Matcha with light ice, but it was served with a full cup of ice. When I requested that it be remade with light ice as ordered, the staff simply removed some of the ice from the original drink and filled the remaining space with extra cream instead of preparing a new drink correctly. This was not what I ordered, and it significantly affected the taste and quality of the beverage. This used to be my favorite SB. Now they are just like the rest. Prioritizes drive thru, and to heck with people who get out of their cars. Oh, and they were rude today. 😡
