From the moment I walked inside I was looked at as though I had two heads. The staff treated me and my partner so poorly, at one point they all stopped working and just stared at me and snickered to each other. The staff member turned around before taking our order bc he was holding back laughter. I walked back to my air bnb and cried after. To say the least don’t come to this establishment if you arent from UT or else u will be bullied.
By far the BEST location! This store puts customers first and always goes out of their way to make your drink the best. Thank you for restoring my faith in Starbucks after the corporate changes this year.
The most consistent coffee in the area! Baristas are fantastic!
I usually have a great experience at this Starbucks, except the getting in and out of the parking lot and driveway is a pain. Service is great, speedy, food and drinks are good, but there have been a few times lately, where my cup felt very light. I took a peek inside before taking a sip and it looks only a little over half full. I understand not filling it to the top in case of spillage, but this is not giving me what I paid for. Bummed.
