I stopped by to get a drink and a loaf of bread. I had placed a mobile order online and clicked on DRIVE THRU pickup for my option. I hopped in the drive through line 2 minutes before it said it would be done but there were 3 cars in front of me. When I pulled to the window they were very rude. Gave me my bread and was waiting on my coffee. They handed the coffee and the man operating the window told me that I got in line too soon and that I have to go inside for a mobile orders. Horrible service
Traffic in this area is just a mess. Between merging and quickly slowing to get into the small driveway, then trying to get out, it's horrible. If you are traveling south, you have to illegally cross double yellow lines and drive in a turning lane to get into. Or drive past, flip a U turn, right as 3 lanes merge into 2. Its just a terrible traffic design. We do love the staff and food/drink is always great. Amazing service, never had any issues with our orders. Staff is friendly...
