I placed a mobile order and decided to pick up in the drive thru and when I tell you the service is SO SLOW. I think i waited 20 minutes in this line for two drinks!! This is the second time its happened. The first time my drinks were melting and my grilled cheese was cold!! I have never been to such a poorly staffed starbucks like this location
This Starbucks is so poorly run. Drinks are not made correctly and service takes entirely too long. Drive thru today said they were understaffed so drinks would take 15-20 minutes to be served? Unfortunately I always leave here disappointed so next time I’ll just forego this location and head to another.
Took over 30 minutes to get a cortado. Starbucks wants to regain that coffee house feel, it’s not possible. The place is overrun with mobile orders and who can blame them!? You can’t just come in a sit and enjoy a coffee, so need to mobile order and leave. Unfortunately, this mobile orders are all standing around waiting just like the rest of us, so no one is winning. Baristas are pleasant, but clearly overrun. Can’t recommend. Just go to Wawa across the street if you’re that desperate.
Get them cleaned!!!!!!!!
