very disrespectful how they allowed customers to walk in front of me even though my order is sitting there ready I was acknowledge, but still completely ignored. Won’t be coming back to this location. I feel like the proper response would have been to finish bagging the order before starting seven more so truthfully had the gentleman just done his job complete before starting more. Everything would’ve went well but instead I had to wait extremely long for an order that was already complete completed.
They always mess up my orders. They need to upgrade they speakers. Today I ordered Venti Late and I got Hot Mocha... that's a totally different order. The lady didn't repeat the order...
The staff are incredibly friendly and the service was great, I mean who wouldn't be happy by how well their drink comes out!
Its my get up & go coffee stop!!
