I understand people have bad days but the woman behind the counter Emily I think is her name was extremely rude and obnoxious. My name is Eric and she thought it was funny to say "your name is Erica"? Really, a 6 ft. Red hair male named Erica? Then decided to make jokes about it to the other girls? Time to pass this one and go to the other Casselberry store.
I love this Starbucks this place is my favorite they always make my drink the right way I love that they always know what I’m getting and Emily is just super sweet and nice and always has a bright smile

Has to argue with me about the proper size straw for my drink. Made a big fuss over it. Train ur people that the customer knows what they want.
This morning my daughter and I are doing doordash and just had the worst experience at a Starbucks. While waiting on an order, we sit and wait. Look down and immediately and see ants walking around like they own the place. Then the rude girl behind the counter with curly hair was extremely rude and flat out mean.
