I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks. A customer became upset over a delayed drink and caused a scene, and unfortunately, the staff's response was unprofessional. They were dismissive and acted immaturely, even refusing to give us the bathroom code. The drinks were also poorly made. It's a shame when a brand with such potential lets poor customer service ruin the experiencE.
