The early morning staff at this location is super friendly and always makes my day! It is my must-stop when I take the early morning Downeaster train south. I usually go through the drive-thru but have tried ordering inside too and they are just as fast and fantastic. Thank you for making my mornings better!

Consistently bad service. No one pays attention to the customers waiting at the counter. Multiple times, I've come in and waited for a mobile order and gotten non-commital answers like "it's being made right now" when I can see my food or drinks in the drive thru and all I need is for someone to acknowledge that and hand it to me. They won't even look at you unless you literally wave your arms in their face.
