I had such a great experience grabbing a Starbucks drink this afternoon! The two young ladies working, Sarah and Emilia, gave such great service and were so friendly. They were so sweet to me and I noticed their hard work and they were very organized. I had to make sure I wrote a review because it was the friendliest service I’ve had at a Starbucks 🤩
Been coming here at least a month. A simple cup of coffee with extra soy milk every time for years . Since Starbucks no longer provides creamers for customers to add on their own, we have to depend on baristas to get it right. Today I was bullied by a barista , short man with a hat everyday because I asked for more soy milk. He was loud , arrogant and inappropriate about my request.
