Some of the people here are great, but some are really snippy with guests and other workers, and I've seen the few consistent employees obviously working really hard and trying while people who seem to be management (assumption based on them telling people what to do) just stand (kind of in the way?) together and do nothing. It is WAY too hot in this location, the farther you get into the store, the worse it gets, I don't understand how those poor people are working in that heat with hot coffee and food. It's okay I felt the drink was weak in flavor and overpriced employees were very nice to be fair they have a large variety of drinks maybe next time will try something different
Always a pleasant experience. Employee's are my favorite characters.
