I typically have good luck at this location, but I purchased a venti iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso recently and was very disappointed. The cup was completely full of ice. I got 5 drinks of coffee out of a venti drink.
SERVICE EXTREMELY SLOW. It is that way everytime I go there.
