The heavyset man at the drive-thru messed up my order. Every single time I go there do not put sprinkles in my sugar cookie cold foam latte and did not get the right size for every single one of my beverages
New to the area since my office is now here, I go there 2-3x a week. Always ask for light ice and it’s like I asked them to fill up the entire up with ice. Will not be going there anymore.
The last 4 times I have ordered the oatmeal, they do not follow the instructions for my customizing. Even this morning I asked them make sure the milk was on the top as it states and then I was told oh no that's mixed in, even though it clearly states on 1/4 on the top, and I asked for the classic syrup and again none. I end up with blah oatmeal. I did specially asked the worker this morning to please double check to make sure the order was filled correctly and she assured me oh yeah its right.
