I would like to share my experiences at this location. There is a barista named Caroline who was very pleasant, courteous & professional. She is a model employee.
I understand that everyone can have a bad day at work, but our experience at this Starbucks today was disappointing enough that I also submitted a formal complaint to Starbucks Corporate. My daughter and I ordered two drinks, a breakfast sandwich, and a cake pop through the drive-thru. From the beginning, there was no greeting or basic acknowledgment.
