The workers are too busy talking and not making drinks, I waited more then 30 minutes for a single drink and the lobby wasn’t even full.

Id avoid this Starbucks at all costs if you can, the staff here isn’t trained as well as they should be and I think thats due to them being understaffed most of the time. I’ve gone to this location twice now and both times my drinks have been wrong or tasted completely awful. It also normally takes forever to get them. I’ve ordered online and watched one of my Frappuccino’s be made and then had to wait almost 15 minutes for my other drink to be made as they started doing drive through orders. I go to this location daily. Today the drive through teller was very rude to me. I mentioned there was no lavender he Corrected me. I get this drink daily i know what it looks like. When I asked him to fix it. He grabbed my drink to show me the lavender was in my drink. I tasted it NO LAVENDER. I WILL NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION again. He needs to be retrained

I ordered a traveler box to be picked up during their busy time (called the day before and said what I wanted and when I'd be there to pick it up). I was a little early but the coffee was just finishing brewing--they just needed to fill the box. Everyone was friendly, cheerful, and helpful.
