Flies everywhere counter full of caramel and toppings barista also stated its a wait someone else has been waiting 16mins ok cool and I have watched several of the same drinks go out ordered after me and the barista continued to fix others drinks and talk about me asking about my drink with another customer. The atmosphere has declined and cleanliness of the store as well. Do better servicing and with time management. 21 mins and still never received a drink received a refund
There was a good reason I stopped coming here and today proved my point. In the drive thru during lunchtime and to go in because no one answered. Go into the lobby and I see one worker... then one person came in from the back and took my order. As the lobby started to fill up because again it's lunchtime two more people finally come in from the back. This place is super slow and it was never like this years ago.
