It took 30 minutes for a freaking large caramel frap! There are a ton of staff on hand and all thry are doing is talking. The restroom was horrible! The hell with this greedy company. Time for local businesses.
why did it take an hour to make my drink and also the drive through took a legitimate 30+ minutes to get thru. BOOOO
A man who says to have a blessed day is very rude and when a drink is messed up. Gets upset it has to be remade. Not why he is so upset all the time.
