Starbucks app! You really need to try to get it right please.. when i order I'm at least now told how long they think it will be. Yesterday it said "20+" minutes, so i thought I'd see what the wait was. 93 minutes! 93!!! And you can't cancel the drink from the app.. you have to call customer service it takes about 30 minutes. SO FRUSTRATING.
They got my order right with a smile, and i didn't have to wait long. What more can you ask for.
