Employees love being rude and making the drink you paid for taste horrible when you ask for a correction on a mistake they made. Two days in a row now. Rude window service. I spend good money here to just be treated like I'm the problem. Maybe they need retraining or better training in customer service. Previously loved this location but damn!
"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Andrew at the 39th Street Starbucks in Independence. While trying to resolve an issue involving a DoorDash order, Andrew was incredibly unprofessional. Rather than helping to find a solution, he chose to hang up on me mid-conversation. This level of disrespect is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Starbucks. I hope management addresses this lack of basic courtesy."
I placed a mobile order at 0746 and when I arrived my drink was not ready. I literally waited 15min for 1 Frappuccino that I never received. The cars in the drive thru that arrived well after me received their orders. I asked for a refund after waiting so long and all I got was an apology. There were like 6 workers and never received order.
