Expensive, but tasty
First, I came in and waited at front to be greeted but everyone looked at me and looked away until an older lady said they will be right with me which it’s fine I guess. I asked for a matcha no foam and clearly they didn’t care as you can see in the picture. Was planning to swing by and grab a beverage, yet after reading the owner latest response is liken to no response. You need to honor a free drink for the occasion or not have it at all. Poor customer service based to many reviews.
I didn’t realize my birthday wasn’t entered on the Starbucks app until today, even when I entered it in the free drink voucher didn’t show up. They made me pay for my coffee even though I was more than willing to show my ID as proof.
