Drive thru employees don't care about orders or customers. I order to line the cup with Carmel and extra Carmel drizzle and get neither . And order my pumpkin bread warmed and it's ice cold . He hands it to me and closes the window . Very rude . Starbucks is going down . Looks like I'll start going to Dutch across the street. They are always so polite there
I travel...a lot. Starbucks seems to be my coffee anchor in unknown territory. The young lady that helped me was very friendly she offered to put my cortado in a ceramic mug it was a great way to start a very long day.
We get lattes, that's it ..but this location is excellent. Fast service and the overall experience is comfortable
