The cashier was a bit rude. The two baristas were doing their best to keep up with the orders, but this location needs more people on staff.
Ok, I guess I’ll be a mild Karen today.. I was kinda surprised that 1 small drink took 27 minutes to receive. No, legitimately 27 minutes… I figure a second star would be appropriate, since the employee I spoke with was kind. Maybe a fault in training, or a lack of supplies. No one at this location knows what they’re doing. Last time I had a promo that was clearly $3 for a drink in both an email and in the app that I showed to two separate employees; neither knew what to do or how to apply it. This time I customize an order with whipped cream and caramel and got neither. Save yourself the hassle and go down the street to the Giant Eagle location. For what drinks cost here you’d really think they’d get it right….
