No one at this location knows what they’re doing. Last time I had a promo that was clearly $3 for a drink in both an email and in the app that I showed to two separate employees; neither knew what to do or how to apply it. This time I customize an order with whipped cream and caramel and got neither. Save yourself the hassle and go down the street to the Giant Eagle location. For what drinks cost here you’d really think they’d get it right….
