I was unsure of what to order and Diane suggested a great choice. I also asked them if they would change the radio station and they politely accommodated.
Had such a great experience at Starbucks tonight, all thanks to Cristal at the drive-thru! Even though it was close to closing time, she was so kind, energetic, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my order. I mentioned that my coffee had been too sweet last time, and she not only apologized but also let me try the one she made before I drove off to make sure it was just right.
