I haven’t been to a Starbucks in a very long time. Ordered turkey bacon sandwich, oatmeal beverage and lemon loaf. Nice guy helped us. Nice way to start our Saturday morning. Nicest Starbucks employee ever. People are nice at this location. Great job.
Terribly slow and understaffed/ undertrained staff. They seem more interested in getting the drive through line before any customers inside the store.
I had such an outstanding experience at Starbucks thanks to the manager, Kayanah. Yesterday there was a mix-up with my order, but when I came back today, she went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did she fix the issue quickly and with genuine kindness, but she also took the extra step of comping my drink. What really stood out was her professionalism, positive attitude, and how much she truly cared about making sure I left happy.
