Low star rating solely based on thecustomer service of this location , no Acknowledgment only to their “regulars” . They only speak to certain customers that walks in the doors . It really felt like I was of a bother even being there in their presence. The drinks were good though but customer service needs more work
Waited over 20 minutes for 1 of 2 drinks via mobile order that was sent in 15minutes prior to arrival. Had to cancel the second drink. Do not recommend during the morning. They are understaffed
The urgency is nonexistent lol
The worst customer service imaginable; they don't even ask a waiting customer if they need anything, they just focus on preparing orders.
