I occasionally come to this Starbucks when I’m in the area and every time I’m here I’m very please with the service and the drinks. Bella & Becca are always very kind! Always very intensive and make sure everything is right. Drinks always come perfect for me and the store is very clean in comparison to other stores. Good job!

I Encountered what I can only assume is a manager while waiting on an uber order for a customer. Waiting for 15 mins I kindly asked how much longer, her response. “I don’t know how long it will be, when it’s done, it’s done and I will put it on the counter” … not let me check. Not I am sorry we are very busy.. nothing. Is this how you speak to other employees? Or is it just because it’s uber eats? P.s. uber east’s is still your customer sweetheart. Get a clue.
It's actually the worst Starbucks I've ever tasted for years.
