From someone who isn't a morning person, I was greeted warmly and the vibes were all there. I asked quick questions for recommendations based on my liking and they were on it!
Have been going here for years, always enjoyed the customer service and ambiance. Quality of coffee and good is consistent and delicious, especially the pumpkin spice latte
Terrible customer service from the team member Sean at a typically lovely, amazing, and courteous location here in Katy. I’m a regular visitor here multiple times a week ordering the same drink and Sean decided to be stern on enforcing a new policy on steamed oat milk even though I insisted on paying for it. Disappointed to the point I don’t think I’ll be back here for a while. My cup was filled less than 1/3 of a venti cup as pictured below. Thanks Sean
