Staff are unnecessarily rude. Tried to order a valentine’s day menu item that is on the app and starbucks website, to be told they haven’t heard of it and it was probably some tiktok trend.
The barista at the window this morning was extremely rude and scolded me for not giving them 5-12 minutes to complete my mobile order. Pretty sure it had been 5, but it was early and I was the ONLY vehicle in the DT and as I could see the front register, there were no customers there either. Extremely Uncomfortable and Unprofessional Experience. I’ve never felt so pressured and uncomfortable buying a simple coffee. The employee literally turned the card reader toward me and hovered while waiting for a tip, as if tipping is mandatory now. Starbucks at 6149 Balsam Way, Littleton, CO has been repeatedly not getting my cappuccino right has has left out the syrup. I have returned these back to have them remake because of this issue but was in return met with attitude. They know my name and order as I am a regular there and order the same thing every time. It seems like they targeted me every time I go there. What ever happened to customer service? Sad, but am now going to have to boycott this place. In my opinion, someone should be fired.
