Best customer service ever! The baristas know their frequent patrons by name and greet everyone with such genuine warmth and enthusiasm. You can tell they truly love what they do, and their kindness makes every visit a joy. Highly recommend stopping by this Starbucks—it’s honestly the best experience ever!
I had a long day today, and have just been having a rough day, month, and year. Today was really hard because it was long. I was on a different side of town, and was trying to get home. My toddler was in the back seat upset and crying about his tablet, and I was just fed up. I stopped here to get a treat, and ordered over my toddler screaming. As I read the message on the cup, I felt my eyes fill with tears. Thank you, I needed that. Oh, and my drink was perfect. 🥰
Apparently making an ice shake and espresso is so very difficult that every time I get one I’m having to have it remade.
I've had many drinks from various Starbucks, but my recent experience here was very disappointing. The drinks we ordered tasted incredibly watered down, almost as if there was too much ice or the ingredients weren't measured correctly. It was a stark contrast to the rich flavor I'm used to, and it definitely wasn't the quality I'd expect.
