I order Mocha Cokie Crumble Frappucino. This is not the 1st time I ordered this like a gazzilion times. But this time, I'm amaze of the finish product. Like I dont know how they made it. Is it even mocha frappucino? I could've gone and went back to return it, but its just too much traffic to go bac due to rodeo. And its freaking watery.
WORST. SERVICE. EVER. the barista in a beanie refused to make my HOT TEA (as easy as adding water) even though I had ordered ahead via the app 10 mins prior. He eventually ADDED WATER to my venti cup but only 1/2 up and then yelled at ME saying, “its not that serious.”
I ordered an iced shaken espresso at 4:30am 3/9/26. The drink was not made properly and the person, although kind walked away quickly and the window closed. She went back to making drinks. I couldn’t get her attention to let her know. I left with the drink. It don’t taste like the syrup had been added and it was all one color.
Stopped at this Starbucks planning to buy a drink, but I needed to use the restroom first. Since the door requires a code, I asked the employee at the counter for it. He asked if I was going to purchase something. I said yes. He then told me I had to make the purchase BEFORE using the restroom, and said it with an attitude. So instead of letting someone who is literally about to spend money use the restroom for 30 seconds, the solution was to deny the code and lose the sale completely.
