Every time I come to this location (it’s omw to my job) my iced coffee with an extra shot of espresso with extra sweetener always taste watered down, and flavorless. How? I always ask for light ice and yet some how it’s always full. Why? When I’ve ordered hot drinks like a caramel macchiato all I get are chunks of caramel here and there when I sip on it. They don’t bother to stir the coffee after adding the caramel. It’s so disgusting. I will not be returning to this location. Please do better!
Ordered thru app and when we arrived the order is still not ready. The barista guy that is on the front is not approachable and rude if you asked for your order.
it is way too loud in there!!! Could not even sit and get work done. The music was extremely loud, and to make things worse, one male employee would not stop talking to me and asking me personal questions. After I ordered with him he left the cashier area and followed me around the store with a mop and kept asking when I was available? When I ordered my drink he noticed my wedding ring and acknowledged the fact that I was married. Not sure what was going on here...
it is loud AS HELL in there!!! Could not even sit and get work done. The music makes this place feel like a club!!!
I ordered a Carmel frappe from here and it tasted like straight ice and water literally it didn’t have a coffee taste no nothing just water and ice.!
