I have given this Starbucks so many chances, but sadly my coffee is incorrect every single time I order. One instance, I ordered a light roast coffee and they dumped the coffee and never rebrewed it so I waited for 20 minutes for a light roast when I asked if my coffee was coming they said oh we never brewed it you can wait about 10 minutes for it or we only have dark roast. I asked for the refill version of the green tea bc I don’t know which teas they refill and I wanted to make sure she knew I wanted the for here version. I said “I’ll get the refill green tea iced.” I also wanted to make sure I got the tea that was refillable so I said the word refill.
